The German Heckler & Koch MP7 is a PDW designed for NATO with the capability of defeating military grade body armor, it is the only real rival to the FN P90 in the PDW role. It fires 4.6x30mm similar to the P90's 5.7mm cartridge. The MP7 comes with a retractable stock, a folding foregrip, and mounting rails for attachments. It uses the same piston operating system as HK's G36 rifle making it very reliable. Replacing many European countrie's Submachine guns, and in some cases Handguns as well, because of its small size, the MP7 is one of only a handfull of new generation SMGs.
